It's best to discuss this with a dr & with a professional (not just anyone who's there) at a health food/specialty vitamin store because the answer depends on lots of things, what meds you're on, what vitamins & what your personal schedule is!!

Some vitamins like some meds need to be taken on an empty stomache (sam-e), others are better with food, others best at night (5htp) but they may also react with any meds you're on so this needs to be checked as well, as does the amount you take (some people have 200grams of sam-e others 400grams), some should be taken twice or 3 times a day etc. Then there's what works best for you. Some things you can take whenever & you shoiuld just find what time of day suits you best (like when you'll ermember best!!).

Split Them Up
If you are not on special medicine, it is best to split them into 1/2 doses. 1/2 in the am, 1/2 in the pm. Your body can best use them all that way.

I take these great liquid vitamins that are the best priced I have seen.

Check them out @ www.Ewi.Com.

I agree with purple. It all depends. I mean, one person may be able to "split them up" when another person cannot. (depending on what kind of vitamins you take) I know, I could never take vitamins at night as they keep me awake. So, it is really going to depend on the individual person.
