I have a 10 year old niece that lives with me and refuses to cooperate with any rule. Does everything she does because she wants to. No matter what we say she refuses to follow the simplest rules. She says she hates our house but can't give us a single reason other than that we should get on to her more??? I am just baffled. I don't know how to force her to be good. We have grounded her to little kid status per her counselors and that makes no difference she doesn't care she seems to care. She seems to like being a little kid. I don't know what to do. We beg her to be a big kid. We tell her we hate getting on to her but she doesn't care. She refuses to be cooperative at all. Please help!
