Please Help. Ejaculation Difficulty. Infection?

Urine tests showed I had some sort of
infection, probably a bladder. But my
check up says it's going away.
Yet, when I masturbate I am producing NO
to little ejaculate.. and its freaking me
out. Should I just wait and try to finish
my antibiotics??
I'm 19, and have never had this difficulty
before. It is not an STD.

You should finish all meds when prescribed
or the infection can come back

I plan on it, but I mean.. bladder
infections don't come with testicular pain
and not being able to ejaculate..its
freaking me out.
