I am a 63 year old female and am scheduled to have surgery Aug. 29th.
My surgeon has told me he will graph bone from my hip to implant in me spine. Has anyone heard of or had this done?

Yes, this is a fairly common procedure. Sometimes patients report more pain from the hip than from the surgery. Good luck withyour procedure. I wish a speedy recovery.
