Don't put vaseline or butter on it, those are old wives tales.

Try not to pop the bubble. Keep the area clean and dry. Go to the store and buy a burn gel, I'm sure they have some. Usually these gels are made to reduce pain, so have it handy in case the blister pops. It will keep the exposed skin clean and safe. If you can avoid popping the blister, it should heal faster. Blisters are nature's band-aids!

Not a issue really. It's too small for worry about severe scarring. Just keep it dry and clean, and use a water-based aloe cream if it hurts.

Now is the time to put on a bandage. Change it daily.

That sounds about right actually.

As long as it is not red, inflamed, oozing puss and does not have red lines shooting out from it, then you're fine.

If the skin is completely sealed and there is no open wound left, then you do not need bandages anymore. In fact, keeping it moist would inhibit healing.
