It's really too early to tell in all reality. It's uncommon to feel pregnancy symptoms the moment you conceive as it can takes up to 7-12 days to implant a fertilized egg into the uterus. Stressing can throw off a period and if you keep thinking your pregnant it can alter one too and make your mind think your pregnant, which can be really bad. Chances are you're having PMS symptoms now which are alot like pregnancy symptoms, but you'll have to wait another week or 2 for a positive test.

Wait a couple of weeks, and if your period hasn't come by then, take another test. It could be you're just late. There's a first time for everything, after all.

If it turns out you're pregnant, then you can figure out what to do. If not, go out and buy condoms so this doesn't happen again.

if youre late and pregnant it should show up on the test, which means something else is wrong. maybe ovarian cysts. you need to see a doctor. missing your period is not normal unless something is chemically off balance. if youre pregnant you need to see a doctor immediately to get the best prenatal care for your little one, if youre not you need to find out what is causing the imbalance. i woudlnt wait to take any more pregnancy tests if i were you, or simply call your doctor.
