What would be my chances for pregnancy if the scenario was like this: I massaged her parts (no insertion) with my finger for maybe a minute, but I might have had precum on my hand that I had already wiped off thouroughly on my pants. She it was 7 days after her period had begun. My hands felt very dry before I did this, also. Thanks in advance.

Anything is possible, and considering it was the end of her period, she was probably ovulating, so if there was cum on your hands, the possibility is higher, but most likely, she's not. She'll have to take a test to be sure!

You start to ovulate as your period ends (after you cleanse the old egg from your body) up until 14 days later.

I honestly doubt she's pregnant. It could happen I guess, but the way you described what happened it sounds highly unlikely.
