I had symptoms of abdominal and lower back pressure, but also a dull pain/discomfort and tingling of the testicles.

The doctor diagnosed me with a bladder infection but told me to go to the ER to get an ultrasound to make sure there were no twists because a bladder infection usually doesn't come w/ testicular discomfort.

Well my mother spoke against going to the ER due to money and other issues. I'm young and live with her so I had to follow her instructions..And I figured if I had a twist i'd feel severe pain and not just a mild discomfort..

Well i'm on the antibiotics, but I still have this tingling sensation and pressure in my testicles, and after trying to masturbate I only produce very little to no ejaculate. Which freaks me the hell out lol.

I'm going for a second opinion tomorrow, I just hope that in the few days i've waited that no permanent damage has been done, perhaps poor blood circulation.

My urine tests did show I had an infection, so maybe this is epididymitis?

Sounds like you'll know more after your appointment.

May I suggest taking probiotics after you're done with the antibiotics. Antibiotics kill all bacteria including the good ones (probiotics) that live in your body. They're very important to digestion, assimilation and the immune system, and prevent infections from reoccurring. You can get them at health stores. Take them according to directions (though you can increase the dosage for the first couple weeks to hasten replanting) and drink with a good amount of water to diminish stomach acids. Look for multistrain probiotics with enteric coating.

Thank you for the reply and advice.

I'm just worried that something else could be wrong and already done some damage.

My body just feels..different.
