Google image fordyce's spots and see if that might be it.

Hey thanks HealthySex, been reading a few of your threads come across this one, I had these little buggers about 3 months ago and it scared the crap out of me thinking it could be Herpes since they were all over my penis and labia.

I researched pictures of Herpes and I think a few websites are mistaken and did in fact put pictures of these Fordyce Spots, which was very bad for me at the time.

Doctor couldn't tell me exactly what it was, said it was probably an infection or inflamation of some sort but she said it did not look like Herpes to her and she was quite certain it wasn't, after taking the antibiotic Amoxicillin for a week they went away but still was never sure of what they were or if in fact they were Herpes and be back. Pictures are exactly what I had.
