but when i have a full erection i can still grab firmly close to the end of my penis and pull the skin up and cover the head of my penis. my head of penis is pretty small and im kinda worried bout this.

but is that normal that i can pull my skin like that or does it mean i still am gonna grow

It depends on how old you are. Are you 17, as your username suggest? Then, you may grow some more.

Loose skin is common and I wouldn't worry about being able to pull it over the head of the penis.
