Q: Around the Pee Hole Is Red

I am not sure if this is suppose to be like this or it shouldn't. Like on the top of my penis around the pee whole it's like dark red. Sometimes it gets lighter like a shade of pink and sometimes its really dark red.

Is this fine and suppose to like this? Or should I consider going to a doctor?

Yea Im pretty sure I have had it for a while. I never really minded it until recently. It doesnt hurt or sting tho.
