right be for I have a orgasam I get a sharp pain in my left shoulder. What could this be?

I don't know. I've seen posts from several other guys who say they have shoulder/chest pain during orgasm from masturbation.

It could be that you're just straining in an odd way. Try and relax your muscles right before orgasm. That's all I can think of.
