hi, i'm going through a lot of stress right now and as a result my neck and shoulders have completely clamped up. I've been going for weekly remedial massages to no avail. I work in a high pressure job and sit at a desk all day, plus have just had my heart broken. Breaking down is not an option, what should i do? I am sure if i could just get my neck fixed it would let me go a long way in fixing myself. Your advice greatly appreciated.

are the massager's working? , your neck pain & shoulder pain can be reduced by also relaxing geting your mind of work and everything that stresses you. also i dont know what kind of chair you use for your work but if your on it and its not very ergonomical ( meaning good for posture) then i would think of getting one that might reduce some of the pain.

hope i could have been of some help

I suffer with exact thing-try acupuncture-it helps alot! It is a true medical therapy-not some new age hoax. And it is recognized by the WHO.
