Morning~ cereal and oj or egg whites (dont like yolk) toast, and morningstar sausagee (fake meat, vegetarian) w/ oj like I am eating right now*
lunch~ normally a veggie burger sandwich and some cooked veggies
snacks- lots of fruit and peanut butter crackers throughout the day
dinner- anything.. Speggetti, nachos, another veggie burger, soups etc etc. Not to mention the junk I eat afterwork alto of the time like a few cookies or ice cream or candy sometimes. I need to cut back on the candy, I used to never eat it.
