When I am near orgasim I start having a pain in the right temple of my head, that leads to me having a migrain headache. Why?

i'd like to know the answer to that question too as I have also had the same experience, although very seldom. I've talked with other men with the same problem. Are you a man or a woman? I assume it is only men with this problem.

Especially eHealthy

Could be due to breathing patterns (hyperventilation) during sex, which peaks at orgasm.
