How long did it take for you to actually
get diagnosed with fibro. I know that some
people that i know that have it went for a
long time with people not knowing what was
wrong with them.

Four years or so of hearing "you are
severly depressed and just don't know it."
Finally had to actually go to a
psychiatrist so they could tell me I'm
definitely NOT depressed, and then the
other doctors started actually listening.

14 years. From '84 to '98 in pain that was
progressively getting worse. I honestly
thought I had bone cancer the pain was so
bad. It was a relief to finally get
diagnosed. The pain is still here but at
least i have a name for it now.

I know how you feel I have been in so much
pain and they tell me I am depressed also.
How do I ask a doctor on here or post my
own thread?

I think there is a doctor question and
answer forum for asking a doctor
questions.. not sure as I haven't had time
to investigate this site yet.

there are oly a certain amount of
questions accepted per day. when that
quota is reached you cant post a question
any more. we are based in europe so youd
have to ask early in the morning.
