Hello, Im 15 years old and i recently lost 40 pounds. I lost all this weight from a combination of working out, dieting, Making myself throw up and attempted starvation diets. The last week i have not followed my diet at all, i gave into McDonals, BIg Johns and even Dairy Queen. I feel horrible, i feel like i have gotten fatter over night. Not to mention i weighed myself and i gained 5 pounds. So now im at 185, im about 5''11 and i desperatly want to loose all the fat off my body. Im even Considering now starving myself until i get the body i want. I lost 40 pounds but my body is still fatish, i have gained muscle and my weight loss is obviouse to the people around me, but i do not see any results. I need help, but everyone i try to talk to wont listen to me. So i need some advise.

I fasted for many years and it takes forever for your metabolism to get back to normal. It is just not worth it. You will gain so easily, after your dieting is over. All you need to do is find a good calorie level that is right for you. Weigh yourself to make sure you are not gaining at that calorie level, and work out! Exercise is fabulous for getting weight off. I would rather eat low calorie and workout hard. It works great and I do get so much weight off in a weeks time.
