I am 11 weeks pregnant. I ate this sauce last night. It doesn't specify if it's pasteurized. What are the chances that it's not since it's jarred and sold commercially?

it looks like it's actually a french product so i'm going to assume it's not pasteurized. just don't eat it anymore, but i'm sure the one time didn't hurt.
