I think I am in perimenopause. I am 43. I have night sweats, anxiety (especially at night), etc.. The usual symptoms. I have recently been having what I call muscle restlessness at night. Last night, as usual, I woke up at 3:00 am soaked from sweating. I also felt this need to move/flex/tighten my arms and abdominal muscles. Almost like I couldn't bear to keep them still. When lying down I needed to move almost constantly. Is this a symptom? I do have Restless Legs Syndrome, but that has always stayed to my legs.

Thanks!

My muscles are acting like that too. I feel very stiff and am trying to walk more during the day. My legs feel achy and stiff too.
