I heard that Alfalfa pills can help people grow taller. Does anyone know about this or any other supplement that can help increase height?

Hmmm. I'd be wary of any claims that supplements can increase height. Plus...how old are you? I found that I continued growing even after I was 18 ...but I think height is fairly set by your early 20's.

There are no pills or supplements that can increase your height. If you are done growing, you are done growing.

Pilates has been known to make you stand up taller and straighter, which seems to add height.

Well, you can always try...and then report back to us the results. I see nothing wrong with Alfalfa supplements, unless they are contra-indicated for another ailment you might be experiencing.

Please let us know! I'm very interested if you go for it and would love to hear from you in 3-6-9-12 months. That would be cool.

Best,
Yoga

Why do you want to be taller than 6'2"?? Got to be content with who you are. I am 5'0" and pretty happy with that.
