Hello, i have some skin problem, after blood test i get the result that my Anti-Nucklear Antibody titre is on 80 , else for normal people is below 80, my doctor judge me having the photodermatitis problems , my skin become red rush when exposed to sun or even to light .....

Once again i consult the doctor in singapore, he decide to transfer me to rheumatology, i havent decide to go for the rheumatology doctor .

Anybody can answer me what is related between Anti-nucklear antibody, photodermatitis and rheumatology?
