I went to see my docor for problems with dizziness. He discovered that my blood pressure was low and recommended I increase my intake of fluids and sodium. I've been drinking (a lot) electrolyte enhanced water for a day and a half now. I'm still feeling dizzy.

Has anyone had experience with this? How long does it usually take to get rehydrated and feeling better? Should I look into other causes for my dizziness?
