Q: Premature Ejaculation problem

hi there

just a few questions

i'm 17 and most times a have sex a finish early (about 1-2 mins) but sometimes i can go up to 20 mins. is there anyway of curing this naturally?
Another thing is sometimes i cant even get it up and its quite embarrassing. i had a girlfriend for 2 years and just broke up with her, now this has only started with my new gf. could it be guilt?

As for your second question, yes, it could be guilt or other emotions. Sometimes men have trouble getting an erection, maintaining an erection, or reaching orgasm when they are drunk, nervous, scared, guilty, etc.
