Q: Penile Scab. Is It An Std?

One time while peeing, I noticed some dead skin hanging off the end. I thought it was weird, but dismissed it. Than the other day, I noticed it was hurting and decided to take a look, I noticed something that looked like a scab on the end. Than my friend posted a link about STDs vs. Condoms that made me a little curious, is this a symptom of an STD?

It's tough for us to say if you have an STD or not. If you are sexually active and wondering if you have an STD, your best bet is to talk to your doctor about it.
