According to the symptoms report you could be experiencing a stroke ... but a brain stroke has to be identified with a CT-scan or MRI of the head in order to be diagnosed. It seems most likely that you experienced a transitory ischemic attack (TIA), rather than a stroke. If some sequels remain, these symptoms indicate a stroke... but if not, then a TIA is most probably the cause of the condition.
During TIAs, people experience a temporary stop of the blood supply to some area(s) of the brain. After some time (not longer than a few days) all the symptoms vanish. In cases of stroke, on the other hand, some symptoms might retreat but some remain forever. Neither stroke nor TIA is typical for people your age in their mid 30's who have normal cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure readings. TIAs, however, can occur to those who experience heart arrhythmias. In your case there is another possibility: severe stress can cause your symptoms, too. In order to clarify the cause of your symptoms, you'll probably want to go check out the possibilities with your GP and request the diagnostic tests necessary.
