Blue Vein And Pain In the Breast.......

I am suffering from the above said from
from last few months, and it is creating
lots and lots of problem in my day to day
activities.
the whole part of my breast is having a
severe pain and maximum veins are in blue
colour.
So how to get rid of this
problem......\???
