It seems very likely that you are not pregnant because 3 pregnancy tests showed negative results. A functional ovarian cyst is the most common reason (besides pregnancy) for lack of menstruation in women your age. Functional ovarian cysts cause a hormonal imbalance that delays the period and causes sore breasts. Ovarian cysts are identified only via an ultrasound scan. White discharge, on the other hand, could be due to some type of vaginal infection (colpitis). You can consult your gynecologist about this for follow up and to request diagnostic exams.
