Is it normal to get zits on your vagina? I had a hard lump a few days ago below my clitoris and now it has a head on it like a zit...is this something to be worried about or just a normal thing?

i have like this giant one, right on my.. area.. and it really hurts , it had a huge white head type thing and i popped and and tried to keep it clean. What is it should i be worried and what should i do
