Can you get small face bumps that look
like pimples if you have dried your skin
out. My skin has always been normal or
combination and I had a few pimples so I
used all of these harsh washes,
astringents, etc. and I completely dried
my skin out. While it looked nice for a
few weeks, now it is over dry and I have a
lot of these small bumps all over now. I
have started a simple regimine with a soft
wash and a tea tree moisturizer and I am
wondering if it'll get better???
