I haven't engaged in any form of sex in
almost a year. However, the other day, I
noticed several horizontal red lines on
the top side of my penis, at it's base.
They don't burn or itch, they're just red;
and in terms of the redness, it comes and
goes, often at a moments notice. Sometimes
it's barely visible. Other times, it looks
as if I've been freshly scratched. So what
could possibly be causing this?
