Q: Annoying Abdomen Pain

My pain is constant but not unbearable. Dr put me on Prilosec helped with the reflux but still have pain in the area below belly button. Sometimes it really cramps up. I hear sounds like when you'r hungry but I'm not hungry. Should I get a colonoscopy?
