Crying or Very sad I've been having stomach cramps for five days. Went to see my GP twice and diagnosed as gastroentritis. Medication includes : Xantac, Cimetidine tablet 400, buscopan, MMT and gascoal. Despite taking those medications, the pain still persist. The pain starts from the upper part of the abdomen (below diaphragm) and it goes down to the middle stomach. I can say that the pain is something like the heartburn. Do I need an antibiotic for this case? Or is this pain got something to do with my IUD? Please help me. Thank you.
