O.o why would you think that washable spots were cancer? Sometimes you people make me wonder...
If you get the spots after sex, then obviously they're either smegma (normal for uncircumcised me) clumps of vaginal secretions that have made their way there, or clumps of semen. All of that is white, and none of it is cancer
