You're probably large enough to wear a larger size, such as magnums. As long as it doesn't slide and it's snug to prevent spillage, you're fine.

Nah, magnums aren't that big. I'm on the top side of average and even I can wear them, they're just not quite as snug. But some regular ones can be very constricting so you have to search around, but the majority should fit.

I don't think I've ever tried Microsheer. One partner I was with was allergic to latex so I had to get a non-latex variety. I didn't get lambskin, but instead some alternative rubber, but don't remember what it was. It said thin and transfers heat and feeling well on the box, but I thought they were pretty dulling.

I am just under 8 inches and always use Magnum. I think it also depends very much on girth. I am 6.5 inches around head and the smaller condoms are just too restricting.
