Amelia turned 6 months Saturday!!!
We just got back from her check-up
appointment. She had to get her shots. Not
too bad tho, only cried for maybe 30
seconds. I was more sobby than she was
lol.
She weighs 18lbs and 27in long!!
When they said 18lbs even, it scared me
because when i took her in about 1 1/2 wks
ago she was 18.3 lbs. They said it was
because her clothes was on and they only
strip her at check-ups. That made me feel
tons better!
I have a few pics that I wanted to share.
* 6 months exactly in this picture!!!
* This on looks likes shes way older lol
* Shes been sitting up straight all by
herself for awhile now!! She balances
herself pretty dang well. Shes squinting
or something lol
* This is how she sleeps most of the time
now!
* Eating watermelon for the 1st time!!
* She LOVED it! Except for the rign (sp?)
lol
* This is the face that we got when we
tried to take it from her lol

must be a fatty 'cause he's already over
17lbs & he's not even 5 months old,
LOL. She is so beautiful! Her hair looks
red!

eating that watermelon. You would never
guess it's her first time. What cute
pictures.
My older child, Nathan, used to sleep with
his butt in the air, too! I think it's so
funny.

Thank you! Yall made my day! Im up early
and not feeling good. Amelia is still
asleep thank god lol. She usually sleeps
13-14 hours now! STRAIGHT!

Lol Amelia weighed 6.10 at birth so she
has gained ALOT!! My doctor says they look
for babies to double their birth weight by
6 months and well Mel almost tripled it
lol. It was red at birth but it changed to
a blonde color now that its getting a
little longer it looks like a brown. Kinda
looks like its going to be my color. But
she def will have a red tint like I do!!
