I am definitely taking Gabe to the doctor today.
He was up until about 3:30am.
He cried for HOURS.
Then he just refused to fall asleep.
He keeps batting & grabbing at his right ear.
So I'm pretty sure he has an ear infection.
He hasn't been eating very well, either.
Just chewing vigorously on the bottle nipple.

Oy.

I am le stressed.

that sucks, i guess maybe teething or did they not say if he was teething or not? maybe give him some tylenol before bed and make sure he is burped etc . to elimnate any other problems they could possibly be that wouldnt show up at the drs office. if it persists i would ask to get him checked for reflux etc

I asked the doctor about teething. He said it's a good possibility, but there's no way to tell until he cuts a tooth. I told him about how he's been constipated a lot lately, & he said he felt a little backed up, so that could explain the fussiness & seemingly painful crying. But he said just give him 2oz of prune juice or an infant suppository.

Sigh.

Today kind of sucks.

Me & Chris are both so stressed & we've been arguing a lot.

that sucks, but it might be hard getting him to drink the juice, if all else fails give him a suppository he will prob sleep soooo much better.

Yeah, I'm not totally comfortable giving him anything other than formula to drink right now. So we're sticking with the suppositories. We already have some from the last time he was realllllly really badly constipated. Sigh. We'll see how this evening goes.

I'm soo sorry he's being fussy Krissy!! It sucks when you have NO IDEA what's wrong!!

I would DEF try the prune juice over the suppositories. It's more natural. Plus he MAY become dependant on the suppositories to poop. ya know?

How old is the booger now?!?!? He's GOT to be a year by now! lol...just playin!

Excuse me??? Keep your stupid opinions to yourself.
