through an endoscopy h.phylori was diagniosed i was given tablets pinamox and klacid and nexium these did not work i went back to my doctor now i am on my sixth day on new tablets clonamox and flagyl and nexium with no improvement also i get funny feelings in my head like im going too pass out is this connected please help as i am going on holidays monday and dont have much time i was hoping to feel better many thanks
