I feel ya....it always feels better to talk to someone who has the same symptoms as yourself .....I would love to talk about it becasue I think it would help myself out alot.. I used to get them right towards the end of college and have been getting them now for for the last 4 years now. I used to just keep them to myself and tough them out but I finally let it out last month and when I get them I talk to my friends or my mom and that helps me relax and get through them but it is starting to take my life over i feel.......let me know how that im thing works and we can chat

if your anxeity is taking over your life you may want to seek help from your doctor and get on a med to help ease it. I take effexor 150mg and it helps most of the time but not always. If you need to talk just post what is wrong and we can try to work it out togther. Okay ryan.
