if you have a history of allgeries in your family then it would be six months if no allery then one thing at a time to see if there is an allery to anything.
start with rice then add oats then mixed wheats then fruit as for juice she really does not need juice bad for her teeth if you do wan to give juice then giveit after 1 year she need right now 24 ounces of breast milk of formula a day and in the middle use water if she wants more to drink. Until she is 1 year do not give eggs at 1 year give the yoke and at 2 years the whole egg, peanuts, peanut butter not until 2 years there are lots of alleries for this and the longer you keep her away from it the more likely she will NOT be alleric to the peanuts, eggs and same with fish. Fish and peanuts and the 2 worst alleries to have. I know this becaus eI am deathly allgeric to seafood and shell fish everykind and need an epi-pen other wise my throat will close. Oh and you can start if you like whole milk along with breast/fornula at nine months if you so chose. When looking for an allergic reaction you wan twatch for rashes around the mouth, threowing up right after eating, not sip up actual throw up, Look for diarrea and a rash on her bum, swelling anywhere especially the face. If swelling anywhere on face occurs get her to the hospital ASAP she need medical attention!! Check with your daughter doctor he/she can better recommend what and when your daughter should start solids than any of us. I am a allergy parent so I had to wait the longest to start peanuts and fish, my 5 years olds just tired fish at their Grandma's last week for the first time. Peanut butter they tried around christmas these were doctors orders. and my 2 year old has never had fish, peanuts or anything contaning them as she was allergic to cows milk and ALL dairy had an EPI PEN of her own as she used to swell from the milk, cheese, anything with even milk in it. But we kept her entirerly away from those products and she out grew it in a year. The childrens allergy clinic says this happens but not usually until they are 5 or 6 years of age an told us that we must have been very diligent in keeping her away from any cows milk. Listen to me ramble so sorry .
Just to be really safe for your little girl talk to yur public health nurse or her doctor. They know her the best and are best quified to answer your questions about when to start solids and juice they will tell you the same she does not need it but if want dilute it 2 oz. juice 6 oz water just for flavor.
good luck
