There could be sperm in there - never assume there isn't.
Normal ejaculate can be clear, whitish/clear, white, cloudy white, yellowish/clear.
It can be watery or jelly like, it may or may not be clumpy.
My current partner has yellowish clear clumpy jelly like ejaculate - that's just what is completely normal for him - every man is different.
you just need to learn what is normal for you, then you will know when something is different.
I've had previous partners (late 20's/early30's) who have always produced clear watery ejaculate - that was just what was normal for them, and they were definately producing sperm.
