I had 15 teeth extracted On June 7th of this year. Immediate dentures were put in. Full denture on the top and a partial on the bottom. Since the beginning I've felt this numbness, almost like novacaine wearing off. The numbness is in my gums in the front and goes up to my nose inside and on the sides of the nose. Today it felt like my whole face was getting numb. I've called a neurologist and made an appointment but probably can't get in for a month. It has been 2 months . Is this typical? Will it go away. Should I be concerned? I'd appreciate any feed back. Thank you.
