If you have not had sex but have had oral sex or even rubbed against someone when you were both nude, then yes, it would be possible to get some STDs that way. The only way to know is to go a doctor though. Never try to diagnose yourself.

Technically, as Llewellyn said, you can get an STD while still being a virgin but you do have to have had some form of sexual contact.

STD's are sexually transmitted diseases - they are passed through sexual contact.

You cannot get an STD from someone who has had no sexual contact.

Sexual contact: The rubbing, touching, or feeling of another person's genitals, or them doing the same to you.

If you've never had sexual contact, then you cannot have a Sexually Transmitted Disease. If you had sexual contact with a person who had never had sexual contact before YOU, you cannot have an STD. But, if that person has had sexual contact in any way, then s/he could have an STD, and so then you could get it too.
