Q: Abdominal Ultrasound And Cat Scan

I have had both... they both came back showing everything was a-ok in there. So can someone tell me I am being crazy when I am still worried about a abdominal aortic aneyrysum?? They would have seen this on both tests correct? Even if they were not specifically looking for that? ( on the ultrasound the dr. actually mentioned for them to look at this, the cat scan did not )
