Q: Red Irritation On My Neck.. Not Sure What It Is

Ive had this for a few weeks now it itches from time to time, but its not really spreading or clearing up. Ive been trying to use lotion that did nothing so ive been using a triple antibotic ointment which also does not seem to be working, anyone have suggestions...

also not sure if im allowed to post pictures so if this is bad ill take em down

I also had a rash similar to yours.... mine ended up being from an allergy to hair dye. I had to go to the Doctor and he gave me some sort of steroid cream (I think). I like you had tried the OTC creams and none worked.

I would see a Doctor. They can give you something that will take care of it and hopefully determine the cause.
