It will probably hover between clear, and those little pimples. I had cystic acne as well (sucks doesn't it!?) and bcp's cleared it up great for me 
I still get acne during my period but no cysts.

I dont have the cystic acne, it's just little skin colored bumps that look like a rash. Only some of them ever come to heads. It's annoying though cuz it looks like sandpaper. I used to only have it on my forehead which I could deal with, but know it's on my one cheek to. It's really bad by my temples too for some reason. I am wondering what pill you are on?! I am going to give ortho lo another month which will be 3 months total, then I may switch to the regular orthotricyclen. Any other suggestions

Do you recommend any certain products? I do wash two times a day, so I just think it's a hormonal inbalance, and I hope it doesnt last forever. When I get back from vacation I am going to see a esthetician regularly for peels and facial so that may help to, I just want to be able to be comfortable with or without makeup, ya know. I just hope the ortho lo kicks in and helps. Is there a major difference in cyclessa and ortho lo?, do you know?? Thnx again for your input
