Really hope you can help me.

On a recent inspection of my penis I noticed a tiny hard lump half way up the shaft in the middle of the penis. I thought it was a spot and tried to squeeze the spot but probably tried a little bit too hard and there was some blood from the force of the squueze. I have not had a sexual partner for three years (sad, I know) but now have this red/white mark on my penis which is not very sightly and I have recently met a girl who I would like to progress things with.

Its been a week or so and the swelling has gone down and now I have a very small red mark with a white centre, can anyone advise me any sort of creams to eliminate this unsightly mark and what it may be.
