Q: Not Able to Take a Full Deep Breath ... overworked? stress?

it started a few days ago, my job is tough and im just 14 and im overworked, some people say its frm stress, i cant sleep because of it, i have no energy because of it i was wondering when it will go away and if there is any way to ease it, thank you!

Try this:

Start with an exhale. Feel your breath going out of your body. At the end of the breath, hold for 2-3 seconds and then inhale. This time, feel the breath entering your body. Inhale until your lungs are full, and then hold for 2-3 seconds. Exhale and repeat.
