Can someone give me a hint to how to enlarge the penis by exercising with your own hand?? how do you exercise?? is it really possible to grow 1 inch or more less than 3 months??

The penis is not a muscle.

It's blood related. So I guess anything that can increase your blood circulation can be good, but don't count on an inch in 3 month though.

Why does the size matter to you anyway, you're scared of your prestations ?
You'll see pretty soon that size doesn't matter. It's technique baby Cool

My husband had has enlarged his penis by Extagen on about 1.5". He also did exercises but they were just the additional method.

Don't bother, it's really not nearly as important as tv makes it out to be. The other poster was right, it's all about technique. I'm a woman, I know.

If you really want to try enlarging your penis with "exercises" then find a forum for this purpose (they're out there) where there are many men with many experiences.

First thing I would do is look for the guys talking about injuries and problems, not the ones talking about technique and results.
