Q: Pain And Constantly Feel Hungry..?

Okay, I've been having problems with my tummy and intestines for a while. I've had a stomach scope and they said I possibly have a small hernia but that's it. Lately, my tummy reaaaaaly hurts and I feel like i'm starving.. even when I eat. Its gotten so painful that I'm resorting to taking pain killers. I'm scared.... it hurts into my intestines. What on earth is going on with this?? No matter what I eat or drink.. it may help for a few minutes but then its back with a vengence! Anybody have any ideas?
