Starting about 18 months ago I started to noticed that every once in a while I would have an ejaculation but would not have an orgasm. It was hit and miss. Then, 6 months later, I developed a pain in my groin and a pain in my back that has never really gone away and I stopped having a orgasms, or my orgasms would be weak and I started to experiencing pain with each ejaculation. I still ejaculated from sex, but haven't had an orgasm since. The longer I wait between sex, the greater the pain. My sex drive has never diminished and I have no problem achieving an erection.

I went to my doctor and had a prostrate exam, several blood tests done to rule out cancer, I had a barium enema Xray to ensure the problem was not my intestines, but all the tests came back negative. I then had an ultra sound done of my entire groin area and that showed no problems. Then my doctor stated that the problem is in my head and he refuses to send me to specialist.

I still have a pain in my groin (about two inches above my penis) and a pain in my back. The pain can be controlled somewhat by taking Ibuprofen, but this does nothing else for me. I do not experience pain while urinating, which is puzzling, because the pain is in the area of my bladder.

Can anyone help out here? I cannot find anything like this listed anywhere on the net that comes remotely close to my problem.

Ejaculation Without Orgasm
I have a similar problem without the pain. My doc also passed it off after tests showed no issue. I can sense an orgasm possibly coming, but then I ejaculate and everything stops. The doc suggested a lack of interest in the action as a likely cause. hmm. any other advice?
